Jessica Wilkes, MBA, CMPE is a highly experienced healthcare executive with a strong background in finance and strategic management. She holds a BBA in Finance and an MBA from Texas Tech University, and is also certified as a lean greenbelt and a medical practice executive through the Medical Group Management Association.

Throughout her career, Jessica has held senior leadership positions in various healthcare organizations across the country. She has served as the COO of large system medical groups, System CDO & Strategy Officer, SVP Inpatient Surgical Services, and has also worked as a senior consultant with prestigious firms such as The Advisory Board and Optum Health.

With her expertise in turn around strategies, Jessica has helped healthcare systems navigate through challenging times while maintaining continued success. Her areas of specialization include inpatient and outpatient service line planning, financial and operational excellence, and business development and strategic alignments.

Under Jessica's leadership, her firm has successfully partnered with organizations to address critical challenges in the healthcare industry. Jennifer is a seasoned entrepreneur with a proven track record in founding and nurturing numerous start-up businesses and partnerships. With over two decades of experience, she has achieved remarkable success in various ventures. As a profit-driven business consultant, Jennifer possesses a vast background in business development, specializing in creating franchise models and recruiting investor/owners for both the med spa and hospitality industries.

Currently, Jennifer serves as the Co-Founder and owner of Atlantic Labs-DX, a cutting-edge molecular laboratory. This highly complex facility is dedicated to providing state-of-the-art diagnostics in the fields of infectious disease, pharmacogenomics, and toxicology. Jennifer's vision for Atlantic Labs-DX is to bring superior science to the forefront of healthcare by delivering exceptional diagnostic services to the bedside, local physician offices, elderly care facilities, and local employers.

As a Stanford internal medicine doctor turned physician executive, board director, and corporate growth architect, Dr. Brown has worked shoulder-to-shoulder with health system, business, and private equity leaders to revolutionize healthcare delivery—improving the lives of millions of patients nationwide.
Along the way, Dr. Brown has built scalable, financially predictable care models—turning around or restructuring underperforming organizations and growing physician partnerships, while securing private equity financing and raising hundreds-of-millions in capital.

Her career highlights consist of most recent start up and build out of Fident Health, as CEO, two decades in business and clinical leadership roles at Vituity, formerly CEP America, LLC. Her tenure began as medical director of Sequoia Hospital, where she designed and built a white glove approach to hospitalist medicine in the heart of Silicon Valley, and evolved a nascent, service-based line of business from four to fifty hospitals in three states.
Appointed across chief strategy and growth officer roles between 2018 and 2022, she architected and led Vituity’s 2018 to 2022 expansion from 50 to 250 hospitals, and revolutionized delivery of those hospitals’ acute care medicine through redesign strategies.



Anthony M. D’Eredita, JD, MSL, MBA, is an innovative, energetic leader, skilled communicator, and team builder with more than 25 years of experience across private, publicly-traded and not-for-profit organizations. Across his career, Anthony has developed an expertise in executive management and governance; law; operations; finance; strategic planning; consulting; interim operations and turnarounds; and healthcare technology. Anthony is a national speaker; published author; and former adjunct professor.  

Anthony served as the Senior Business Manager and Strategic Advisor for Apple – AC Wellness. In this role, Anthony provided leadership for Apple’s healthcare management services organization (MSO), which included finance, IT and business operations.

Prior to this, Anthony served as Executive Vice President and National Practice Partner at The Advisory Board Company and led engagements for short and long-term interim management, strategic planning, performance improvement, provider alignment, health system affiliation, and mergers and acquisitions. Anthony’s experience with health systems spans a wide variety of entities, including national non-profit and for-profit health systems, academic medical centers, independent community hospitals, and independent physician groups, among others.
